Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how UK Casino Quest ("we", "us"), Ariel Way, London W12 7GF, collects and uses personal data when you visit ukcasinoquest.com, send a booking request or play in our rooms. We are the data controller for this information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number, chosen room, date, group size and any message you add, including access needs you choose to tell us about.
- Visit records: confirmation that each player showed valid ID proving they are 18 or over. We do not copy or store the ID document itself.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our website host for security. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use booking details to check availability, confirm your slot, send reminders and handle changes or refunds; the legal basis is performing a contract with you. Messages you send by email or phone are used to answer your question. Technical data is used only to keep the site secure. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in separately, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business: our website host and the third-party email service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. That email service may process data on servers outside the United Kingdom; where it does, we rely on the safeguards available under UK data protection law. We do not take card payments on this website. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for six years for accounting and tax purposes. Booking requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent at any time and request a portable copy. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to booking data is limited to the people who handle bookings.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
