These terms apply to every booking with UK Casino Quest, Ariel Way, London W12 7GF. By sending a booking request and accepting our confirmation you agree to them.

1. Nature of the service

UK Casino Quest provides escape-room games with a casino theme. It is not a casino, betting shop or gaming venue. No wagers are accepted, chips and cards are props with no monetary value, and no cash or cash-equivalent prizes are offered. Any attempt to bet with other players on our premises is not permitted.

2. Age

All players must be aged 18 or over. Each player must show valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) on arrival. Players who cannot do so will not be admitted and the booking fee for that player is not refundable.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking request is not a contract. The contract is formed when we confirm your slot by email and you accept it; payment instructions are included in that confirmation. Prices are per group. Group events require a 25% deposit, with the balance due seven days before the event date.

4. Changes and cancellations

• Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your slot, subject to availability.
• Full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before your slot.
• Cancellations within 72 hours are not refunded, but we will offer a voucher for 50% of the price.
• If we must cancel, for example because of a technical fault, you choose a full refund or a new slot.

5. Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time for the briefing. Games end at the scheduled time so the next team can start on schedule; if you arrive late, the playing time is shortened accordingly.

6. Conduct and safety

Follow the game host's instructions at all times. Do not force, climb on or dismantle any part of the set. Players who appear intoxicated or behave aggressively may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund. Emergency exits in every room open from the inside at all times, and every game is monitored live by camera.

7. Damage

We may charge the lead booker for the reasonable repair cost of damage caused deliberately or through behaviour that breaks these terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the booking.
